After a long period of study and research, the A1710 distillery is now renowned for the exceptional and exclusive identity of its A1710 rhums. Its design was guided by their pursuit of both technical and esthetic excellence. The Charentais copper alembic still, named «la Belle Aline», consists of a copper column with seven trays. It is housed in the elegant surroundings of an ancient, fully-restored 18th century building.
The A1710 distillery is like a phoenix rising from the ashes and was the first distillery to open after more than a century of successive closures. It is now one of eight pure cane juice rhum distilleries in Martinique.
